Airbnb-visible occupancy during the 2025–2026 peak season
From December 15, 2025 through March 15, 2026, seven confirmed Airbnb stays occupied 55 of the 91 nights observed. Direct bookings are not included in this rate.
Audited against official Airbnb recordsThe provisional record combines approximately 59 calendar-visible nights and 33 reported direct-booking nights. In the 2025–2026 peak-season window, 33 nights are confirmed through Airbnb alone.
Direct-booking reconciliation in progressThe reconstruction includes approximately 48 Airbnb nights and eight direct or extended-stay nights through August 22, 2026. The work began after summer, so it is not presented as a seasonal result.
Provisional figure with identified sourcesThe platform records 37 paid stays. The final managed summer also included direct bookings and owner-use periods; that calendar is being reconstructed before a combined occupancy rate is published.
Airbnb audited · direct stays in reconciliationOccupancy means booked nights divided by the nights in the stated observation period. Cancellations are excluded. Direct stays enter a total only when an identifiable record exists; no guest data is displayed.
